Case Worker

Our Case Worker provides one-to-one information, advice and advocacy to minority ethnic individuals on a range of issues such as racial discrimination, housing, benefits, education and health issues. Referrals are also made to the Ethnic Minority Law Centre for immigration advice.

Another key role is to represent the issues presented by the minority ethnic community to various partner agencies in order to advocate change to meet the needs of the Minority Ethnic community.

Our Case Worker is available on Fridays 10am-3pm only.
